Emilio J. Zegrí Boada is a Graduate of Law, Universidad Central, Barcelona, with wide professional experience in Economic Penal Law, Company Law and in offences related to Taxation and Social Security.

Emilio Zegrí is also a member of the Commission for Culture of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados, Barcelona and a member of Ponencia Jurídica (Legal Dissertation), Foment del Treball Nacional.
